When a customer calls a business using our platform, our AI receptionist (Amy) collects the following information during the call:

• Phone number
• Service address (street, city, state)
• Type of service requested
• Urgency level of the request
• Preferred appointment time
• Any additional notes provided during the call

This information is collected solely for the purpose of booking and managing service appointments.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Book and confirm service appointments on behalf of the contractor
• Send SMS appointment confirmation messages to customers
• Send post-job follow-up messages requesting service ratings
• Allow the contractor to manage and dispatch their service team

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number to our AI receptionist during a call, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your service request. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmation messages
• Appointment reminder messages
• Post-job follow-up and rating request messages

Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with our legal obligations.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• VAPI — AI voice call processing
• Supabase — Secure data storage
• Google Calendar — Appointment scheduling
